WELL IF I AM YELLING!  IT CAN ONLY MEAN THAT THERE IS STILL NO HELP FOR A LOT OF US OUT HERE. SO I AM GOING TO TRY MY STATE ONE MORE TIME! AND THIS TIME IM GOING TO WRITE ABOUT IT AND LET THE WORLD KNOW HOW THE  UNITED STATES OF N.V. ,TREATS ITS PEOPLE! THEN IF ITS A GOOD ENOUGH STORY WE WILL WRITE IT INTO A BOOK FOR ALL TO READ AND THEN MAYBE  I WILL FIND, OR MAKE ENOUGH MONEY TO FIX MYSELF! THEN I CAN MAYBE START A PROGRAM THAT WILL HELP THE LITTLE GUYS OF THE WORLD! YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO LIVE IN PAIN! YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BEG ON YOUR HANDS AND KNEES! YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO STARVE BECAUSE YOU ARE A MAN! YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE DIEING TO GET SOME MEDICAL HELP!  I THOUGHT THAT IN AMERICA WE HELP OUR OWN BUT WHAT I HAVE FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY IS THERE IS NO REAL HELP OUT THERE! AND IF THERE IS ITS NOT FOR THE POOR!  in response to whoknew...   That is what I told him when he private message me to write, email, call the governor, every representive and the President. It is a mess and agree with him and you and everyone else who goes through things like this -It is just not right at all.

I am at a loss.. I checked NV medicaid and they do NOT have a "spend down"

 OMG!!! Ok.. I'LL SCREAM WITH YOU!!!! THIS IS SCREWED UP!!!!

Your next best bet woul be to write every government official you can find, until you get an answer... I don't know what else to do...
